Responsibilities:
Answer all calls promptly with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all new clients, programs, and scripts
Have the ability to find information quickly, efficiently while effectively maneuvering through all scripts/client data bases
Communicate in a positive & professional manner at all times
Understand & adhere to all policies & procedures
Make positive recommendations for changes in scripts, processes, etc.
Be on time and ready to take calls at the scheduled start time
Perform all other duties as requested
