Customer Advocate - Halstead
Responsibilities:
  • Answer all calls promptly with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all new clients, programs, and scripts
  • Have the ability to find information quickly, efficiently while effectively maneuvering through all scripts/client data bases
  • Communicate in a positive & professional manner at all times
  • Understand & adhere to all policies & procedures
  • Make positive recommendations for changes in scripts, processes, etc.
  • Be on time and ready to take calls at the scheduled start time
  • Perform all other duties as requested
