Customer Advocate - Raytown
Responsibilities:
Answer all calls promptly with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all new clients, programs, and scripts
Have the ability to find information quickly, efficiently while effectively maneuvering through all scripts/client data bases
Communicate in a positive & professional manner at all times
Maintain a Log Time vs. Paid Time of 97% or greater
Understand & adhere to all policies & procedures
Make positive recommendations for changes in scripts, processes, etc.
Be on time and ready to take calls at the scheduled start time
Perform all other duties as requested (VRU, Data Entry, etc)
